We are looking for a sharp, data-driven CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Executive who thrives in a client-facing environment and brings equal parts strategic thinking and execution excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring successful delivery of consulting engagements.
It involves driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth through proactive engagement and value delivery.
You will be the KPI owner for the client and will own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns — from insight to execution — across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and RCS channels. You will partner directly with client marketing, product, and tech teams, making confident communication and stakeholder management as important as your technical CRM skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Identify opportunities basis data. Your day will be involving spending hours to
read data and generate insights and build program strategies - Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns across Push
Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and RCS with a clear focus on business
outcomes. - Use platforms such as CleverTap/ MoEngage to architect customer journeys,
define audience segments, and deploy campaigns at scale. - Develop CLM & retention marketing strategies encompassing behavioural
targeting, lifecycle triggers, and cross-channel retargeting. - Initiate and rapidly launch A/B and multivariate tests; document learnings and
apply them systematically to future campaigns.
Data, Analytics & Insights
- Monitor and interpret core CRM metrics daily — Delivery Rate, View Rate, CTR,
and Conversions — and translate performance patterns into actionable
recommendations. - Map campaign performance directly to client business KPIs (Repeat Rate, Churn
Reduction, etc) and report findings with clarity and confidence. - Leverage consumer research and behavioural data to drive audience
segmentation, personalisation strategies, and content decisions. - Maintain database hygiene and ensure compliance with DLT, WhatsApp
Business Policy, and applicable data privacy standards.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients — presenting campaign strategies,
performance reports, and growth recommendations with confidence. - Collaborate closely with client Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to
ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution aligned with broader business
goals. - Influence and align multiple internal and external stakeholders through strong
program management and communication skills.
Process & Quality
- Document CLM processes and create clear SOPs to enable consistency, scale,
and team knowledge transfer. - Maintain rigorous standards of campaign quality — accuracy in messaging,
targeting logic, and audience exclusions. - Provide first-level support and troubleshooting guidance to internal stakeholders
on CRM platform queries.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have
- 3+ years of hands-on CRM or Lifecycle Marketing experience in a strongly data
driven, analytical role. - Proven proficiency with CleverTap, MoEngage, or equivalent enterprise CRM
automation platforms. - Demonstrated ability to draw actionable insights from CRM data and
communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle — acquisition, engagement,
retention, and churn — and experience designing campaigns across each stage. - Confident, articulate communicator with experience in client-facing or agency
environments. - Excellent program management skills: comfortable managing multiple
campaigns, priorities, and stakeholder relationships concurrently. - A strong sense of ownership, speed of execution, and comfort working
independently in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. - Knowledge of excel to create correct data formats and draw insights from it
Good to Have
- Prior experience in Fashion Retail or E-commerce verticals.
- Exposure to multi-channel campaign orchestration across 4+ channels.
- Familiarity with RCS as an emerging CRM channel.
- Working knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs) or data warehousing
concepts. - Presentation and data visualisation skills
